Mission

• To provide employment opportunities in Stillwater, Oklahoma for adults who have special needs and/or physical disabilities in a supportive, integrated workforce environment.  
• To create opportunities for populations that are differently-abled in other areas by providing a mentoring program for other universities or high schools so that similar programs become available statewide or nationally.

Resulting benefits of the missions include:

• opportunities for university and high school students for work-study positions, employee assistantships, and a venue to apply elements of their major field of study or personal interests
